I really wanted to give this service a chance, but the logistics have been a nightmare. I placed my order in mid-November and had to reach out after a long wait, only to learn my order was 'lost.' I reordered, but now I've been informed that the replacement order is delayed again. The lack of communication and constant delays are incredibly frustrating. I'm just hoping my food arrives this year. I ordered lunch, not a vintage wine—it shouldn’t need to age in the warehouse!
