Buyer beware: On the 14/11/25 I bought 3 pairs of shoes through my NDIS Funding to fit my AFO’s. 1 pair didn’t fit and I didn’t receive my free gift. I emailed them to say I wanted to return 1 pair for an exchange, they were slow to respond, they don’t won’t answer or return phone calls. The emails says return via link below, but there is no link? I emailed again to state that there was no link, so they sent another email with ‘click link below,’ again no link… numerous emails with generic responses.
