Buyer beware: On the 14/11/25 I bought 3 pairs of shoes through my NDIS Funding to fit my AFO’s. 1 pair didn’t fit and I didn’t receive my free gift. I emailed them to say I wanted to return 1 pair for an exchange, they were slow to respond, they don’t won’t answer or return phone calls. The emails says return via link below, but there is no link? I emailed again to state that there was no link, so they sent another email with ‘click link below,’ again no link… numerous emails with generic responses. We are now almost into March, and I am beyond frustrated.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes, using my sons NDIS funding at the start of November, have been told multiple times they are due to arrive in Australia, will be shipped within 48hrs etc and still nothing it’s now the end of January. School starts in 24 hours ish and I have no shoes for my child that will fit him with his AFOs. I have emailed asking for a refund, no reply, called, can’t get through. My only option is to now raise it with the NDIS and plan manager as a misuse of Funds on the company’s end. Shame on you for taking advantage.
I wrote a review on Monday te an order placed last November for shoes for my daughter. This is an update.I contacted Every human both by phone and email and was promised that I would receive a confirmation within 48 hrs of the item being dispatched. It is now a Friday - over 72 hours later- and I've not seen any sign of an email.
On 5th Nov 2025 I ordered a new pair of shoes dor my daughter’s birthday, 27 th November. They weren’t currently in stock but the websites said they would be available after mid November. No shoes arrived. On 28th Nov I both rang and emailed re the failed arrival. Response email was that they still hadn’t arrived in Australia.I asked for a refund.I then hoped they’d be available for her for Christmas. But my wait was in vain It is now Jan 20 and enough is enough. I’ve phoned and got the same message as always. High volume of phone calls etc etc. i’ve emailed again and again received the standard stock reply- our policy is.. nothing related to my request and no indication my email has even been read. Not sure where this is leading but I suppose I will have to take it further? Update:It’s now Feb 2 nd. Shoes were delivered Friday after many excuses for the delay. But at least the issue is resolved. Thank you Everyhuman. Shoes are gorgeous. My daughter loves her Billy shoes.I’m happy with the outcome but will be hesitant about buying fro this company again.

Hi I purchased size 10 runners from every human. They were way too big so asked for an exchange, to a size 9. This was promptly enacted. My problemIs that when I tried the shoes on they were so uncomfortable I couldn't walk. So hard, and heavy and rigid. They were pressing into my ankles and hurting. I asked for a refund as I can't wear them (and they are correct size ) but they won't refund due to the fact I bought them on sale. I am unhappy with the product, and the service and disappointed because they looked perfect.
Edit: They have contacted me and solved the problem. Rating has changed according to the experience. They advertise their products as being inclusive and supportive for people with disabilities, but unfortunately, their customer service doesn’t reflect that.I purchased two pairs of discounted shoes for my son’s new set of AFOs. I usually size up by two sizes, but this time the shoes ended up being too big. As we are leaving overseas very soon, I quickly placed another order for the same shoes one size down, hoping to return the first pair for a refund. The website stated that discounted shoes are only eligible for exchange or store credit, not a refund. I still reached out via email to explain our situation, but the response I received was nothing more than a generic script that didn’t address my actual request or circumstances. In the disability community, empathy and flexibility matter. I wish their customer service reflected the same understanding and support that their marketing claims to stand for.
I returned shoes that were the wrong size and am still waiting for my refund THREE MONTHS later. They initially responded to email correspondence but after confirming they received the shoes back I haven't heard from them again. I've emailed multiple times, called & spoke to someone who had to speak to their boss (never heard back), called & left a message & received a text reply saying to email. It's beyond ridiculous. I just want my $124.95 back.
Terrible customer service, had to do return as wrong size came. Immediately sent shoes back, 1 shoe was replaced immediately which is great but the one is out of stock and we were told we were going to get store credit. They never sent email on how to redeem, I called emailed and called multiple times. When I called I just got an sms saying just email as there’s only 1 person on the phone. When I told them I did but never got a response they said they’ll follow up but never did. I finally got a response today after commenting on their social media with instructions on how to use discount code but forgot to send the actual code. The shoes itself is chunky and heavy not fit for a toddler already having difficulties walking. Would not recommend.
