I usually size up by two sizes, but this time the shoes ended up being too big. As we are leaving overseas very soon, I quickly placed another order for the same shoes one size down, hoping to return the first pair for a refund.The website stated that discounted shoes are only eligible for exchange or store credit, not a refund. I still reached out via email to explain our situation, but the response I received was nothing more than a generic script that didn’t address my actual request or circumstances.In the disability community, empathy and flexibility matter. I wish their customer service reflected the same understanding and support that their marketing claims to stand for.
