About 6 weeks ago was fitted with orthotics & to my surprise was disappointed with the sporting retail outlets to find a shoe that suited my new orthotics. Over the course of 3 weeks, tried on & purchased many shoes only to return them as my foot kept slipping out of the shoe due to a high orthotic. Saw an ad for Everyhuman on FB & as I was in the area today, I popped in. I am so pleased I did. The service from Briony was excellent, the shoe fitted my orthotic & I walked out a very, very satisfied customer. Will be spreading the word on how comfortable Billy shoes are. Thank you!!!!!!!
