Having searched for a particular product Everymarket seemed to offer the best price with discount which I wanted to use. Unfortunately once I had provided my card details it immediately went to order with over £9 postage - which was not declared in the original quote. Furthermore I was not able to claim the discount. I received no invoice so I had no order no. when I contacted the company I was directed to the UK customer service who ask for the order no, & discount code - which I didn’t have and therefore I was not able to provide this - yet I checked my account and the money had been taken out - I have written twice asking for an explanation as to where was the invoice and the misinformation when ordering. To date there has been no response, as yet, no idea of when, if ever I receive the products.
