It look like this is scam company

It look like this is scam company, last week I try order online product from them, but couldn't find expired date of product so sent email to them but they don't response. However, 3 days after I try order the product, this time they fail me for payment and my bank blocked my card after sort it out that, I try to order again, this time I received error message!? because of fail payment they require to contact customer service. the customer service number is wrong too! live chat say we don't have time for chat please send email us. it's shame

Avoid this website at all cost. They're a scam!!Placed an order with this website on Sept 10th, 2025 order number Order EM20-6529868 . On the order it states shipping would take 10-15 business days. Now it has exceeded that timeframe and no updates whatsoever. There is a tracking number (CP231589211JP) attached to the order, but cannot track. I also tried calling them but no responses. I emailed as well, and no replies.

Fraudulent description of unrepentant company

Description of tea bags for $30 shows pack quantity as 12. Ordered 3 to get free shipping discount. Received 3 8 oz boxes. Complained to BBB, and received two emails confessing an error. Checked 3 or 4 times since and price fluctuates, but description STILL FRAUDULENTLY shows as 12 pack. Has not fulfilled promise of refund. This company is a lying, defrauding business!

I ordered a tent for over a hundred…

I ordered a tent for over a hundred dollars. They sent me a canvas the size of my hand. I sent it back and they wont refund me. I have proof from them saying they received it. Their phone number only allows you to leave a message and they dont respond. I fought with credit card and they sent them something fraudulant. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Be careful when ordering from this company….

Having searched for a particular product Everymarket seemed to offer the best price with discount which I wanted to use. Unfortunately once I had provided my card details it immediately went to order with over £9 postage - which was not declared in the original quote. Furthermore I was not able to claim the discount. I received no invoice so I had no order no. when I contacted the company I was directed to the UK customer service who ask for the order no, & discount code - which I didn’t have and therefore I was not able to provide this - yet I checked my account and the money had been taken out - I have written twice asking for an explanation as to where was the invoice and the misinformation when ordering. To date there has been no response, as yet, no idea of when, if ever I receive the products.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I ordered an amino acid drink powder (BioTechUSA Bcaa 8:1:1 Zero, Blue Raspberry, 250 g) that cost nearly $50 before shipping and received a towel. Horrible experience.

Not a scam. Order was delivered on time. I had an issue with my order but everything was solved professionally by the company.E-mail was the best and fastest way to contact them. They will reply in a few minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised by this…

I was pleasantly surprised by this company. Advertised a box cutter knife that is available in USA but not here in UK. Was told that could take 4-5 weeks for delivery and I immediately though possible con. Royal Mail delivered my knives this afternoon. Ordered 6th May delivered 31st May, very happy bunny trying not to be so sceptical.

Pathetic Company is a RIP-OFF!

Pathetic company. Rip off is an understatement. I ordered five of one product and I got two, in a crappy package. Emails are unanswered and phone calls just go to an answering machine and no one has responded in a week. three or four emails to "customer service" and a bunch of phone calls....nothing from them. There is literally no way to get through to them and that's just how they like it. SCAM!
