My order number is (EM20-4609470) I have waited more than 3 weeks and they didn't even give me tracking number and I had to mail them multiple times and they said it's with USPS but it wasn't even received by USPS yet ! And only label is created and was asked to contact sender they don't give a definite date or time nor give us any more details nor let me get my refund ! The label was printed for more than 7 days and USPS still didn't receive the package from them. Everything is horrible. I don't suggest this company for anyone to order . Absolutely no help they copy paste same response Everytime.
