I have been on to tireappetite for the past few weeks from a different company. I have decided to use every med due to the way injections are ready and I don’t have to deal with syringes, but my experience so far has been horrible. I keep sending messages to their customer service to find out where is my order after a week of being charged and they keep saying I need to provide documents and when I go to the site to provide documents, there is no option to provide those documents then they asked me to send another request so they can technical department look into it, but I have not heard back and that was yesterday morning and the Customer Service over the phone told me she will get back to me in 30 minutes after being on the phone with her for almost an hour trying to figure out what’s going on so as of today I had asked him to refund my money and I will take my money somewhere else, but I did not hear back from them again, so I hope this review will help other people to realize it’s not easy to deal with this company as much as their advertising is very tempting. — update: I finally got a hold of someone and asked to cancel everything. This is B S company that obviously has not only customer service issues but technical issues that can’t fix. They said my order couldn’t be filled because it was waiting for documentation from me!!! Well, I had to yell and tell them…. I KNOW!! Your system doesn’t allow me to add any documents and there is NO OPTION. SO JUST CANCEL! Found another company cheaper anyways!
