I was quite happy with the entire process and the outcomes. The initial sale price attracted me, but I soon found out it wouldn't remain at that rate. It turned out to be more economical for me to choose a nearby option that was much cheaper!
Although I had to cancel my subscription with this company until our financial situation gets a little better my experience with JANICE at EveryMeds was incredibly professional, very quick, I didn’t have to wait long to talk to somebody and she immediately rectified the situation. I am only too happy to give her a great review. She deserves it. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The company is wonderful to work with also.
Pam walked me through where my order is, that my payment had not been deposited because of a problem on my bank’s part. She was empathetic, and really helpful. I know exactly what is happening with my order, and basically when to expect it. She is great!
And the shenanigans continue with this company as I seem to continue. There was supposed to be a refund earlier which showed up then disappeared in my account. I was charged twice. At this rate I will probably use a different service that has their business more user friendly you know like a phone number that works
