I have no idea what their coverage is like since I never got that far. I had to reach out to correct my puppy's date of birth on the policy, and they canceled it abruptly with a blunt message through their portal, without any phone call or inquiry. They informed me that my puppy was too young to insure. I attempted to call and resolve the issue, but the robotic response from the representative only frustrated me further. I didn't see the email about the policy cancellation for two days and was unaware that we were no longer insured. The customer service lacks people skills. If they had reinstated the policy when I called and offered a genuine apology instead of a scripted response, I might have stayed. The customer service experience was terrible, and I couldn't even file a proper complaint myself. I'm sure they will just respond with a generic message, as they do with other negative reviews.
