They charged my card and when I called hours later to cancel and get a refund I was told no. Not the first issue ive had with this company. Terrible customer service and I will talk negatively about them to everyone I know.
Ive been a customer for years now and have been happy with the pricing, quality, and shipping accuracy/ delivery. But recently the last few months they have sent meals that i didnt order, meals without placards( their reaction to the placards is you can download your instructions online, but if im paying for a service that includes the paper placards i expect that). They also have slowly increased the price of my meals per week from $63, to $73, and the last few orders were $83. I do understand that depending on what meals i order it changes the price. Everyplate makes it annoyingly hard to find the individual price of meals so its always a guessing game. The idea behind everyplate is great but not with the way they have been operating. The meals are great 90% of the time but the other 10% was just my opinion of them
Everyplate is flavorful dining & budget saver for us. We dine out less& save hundreds in grocery shopping. Their recipes offer unique meals for us, slightly different seasoning & make our dinners a novel surprise every week.
I feel the meals are priced well, pretty easy to make,serving size is hood, and overall the flavor is really good. I have only had a couple that I wasn't super excited about,but even then, they were still pretty good. It's a nice change to the every day boring meals that I get into a routine of making. Plus there's no having to try and think "what am I making for supper?" It's all in the fridge, choose from the 3! I also like being able to try some different foods without spending a ton. Also, living in a smaller town if you can find the ingredients you need, sometimes they are more expensive or not fresh.
