I’ve been using Ploom for over a year…

I’ve been using Ploom for over a year now. I only like certain flavours after trying most of them. Ordering online is simple and delivery is very fast. There’s lots of choice in flavours and accessorises too

A little slow but a positive outcome.

After receiving the ploom as a Christmas gift purchased not from the Ploom online shop I had an issue with the device it wasnt faulty so i never returned it to the store. so contacted them as it is their product and was asked ro return to them. Although I waited almost 6 weeks I was offered a £30 high st vouchers which covered the device and sticks.

Poor Service and devices

After several weeks of trying to obtain a refund for a faulty device, I feel compelled to share my experience.The product itself was extremely difficult to use. The sticks would not heat properly or function in the way described. Inserting them either required force, which damaged the stick, or resulted in the device failing to recognise them at all. Overall, it felt poorly designed and unreliable. Compared with other heated tobacco devices on the market, it is a very poor alternative.What has been even more frustrating is the customer service. Instead of providing clear return instructions, I have received numerous emails that appear to delay and complicate the process. Each response asks for yet more information rather than simply issuing the details required to return the faulty item and process a refund. The repeated back-and-forth has felt like procrastination rather than resolution.In contrast, competitors such as IQOS offer products that function as intended, alongside efficient delivery and far superior customer service.Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this product and consider more reliable heated tobacco alternatives.

I’ve tried many other types of…

I’ve tried many other types of cigarette substitutions, including vapes. I came across eco sticks and thought I’d give them a try. I’d stopped smoking but had many urges to start again. Eco sticks helped with those urges. Not only are they saving me a lot of money but if I get an urge for a cigarette that I cannot overcome an eco sticks helped suffices.
