I ordered customized stuffed animals for a new small business. Setting aside the lengthy process to receive an acceptable prototype, the final product arrived months later and the quality was poor. Each item varied in appearance and size, with fur shedding in clumps, sloppy stitching, and inconsistent facial features (eyebrows, nose, and eyes were embroidered in different places). Some couldn't even sit up properly... completely unusable. I contacted the support team to express my disappointment; they initially apologized and requested photos to show the issues (which I provided), promising to investigate. After several weeks and multiple follow-ups from me, they ultimately stated there was nothing they could do, denied my refund request, and stopped responding. I lost over $1,000. This is NOT how to conduct business. I hope filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau will lead to some resolution.
