I ordered customized stuffed animals for a new small business. Setting aside the lengthy process to receive an acceptable prototype, the final product arrived months later and the quality was poor. Each item varied in appearance and size, with fur shedding in clumps, sloppy stitching, and inconsistent facial features (eyebrows, nose, and eyes were embroidered in different places). Some couldn't even sit up properly... completely unusable. I contacted the support team to express my disappointment; they initially apologized and requested photos to show the issues (which I provided), promising to investigate. After several weeks and multiple follow-ups from me, they ultimately stated there was nothing they could do, denied my refund request, and stopped responding. I lost over $1,000. This is NOT how to conduct business. I hope filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau will lead to some resolution.
I ordered 50 pairs of knee-high dress socks featuring my logo for equestrian boot socks, and they turned out AMAZING! The representative was a pleasure to collaborate with, responsive, and accommodated all my design requests. They arrived promptly, just in time for client holiday gifts, and the quality is excellent for the price. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Jan was amazing! He is super helpful and attentive. I had a tight deadline and he gave me his full attention so we could get everything in on time. I was picky and he did not mind do a bunch of redesigns and proofs to make sure we loved the product. He is the best!
