Awful Subscription Renewal Process

The subscription process is terrible. They fail to inform you about automatic renewals, unlike most subscription services. When I requested a refund, they refused. Under UK Consumer Law, businesses must inform customers about annual renewals, yet they claimed they operate in the US and don’t have to follow UK law—this is misleading. I contacted my bank, received my refund, and the company even contested it. Additionally, they employ deceptive tactics on the cancellation page, forcing you to watch a lengthy video that obstructs the cancellation process. Please avoid this service.
