I am very disappointed with the customer service. I accidentally signed up for an annual subscription due to the lack of a confirmation popup. When I requested a refund, they directed me to their terms and conditions, stating it was not possible. This approach is quite unfair, especially since they claim limited availability. After opening a dispute with my bank, I was able to secure a refund. Disgraceful service.
