Frustrating Experience with Unwanted Charges

I signed up and paid for a $7 trial version, then immediately canceled my membership to avoid being charged for the full month, yet I was still billed after the trial week. Despite unsubscribing from their promotional emails right away, I continued to receive them week after week. It took multiple attempts to finally stop the emails. I ended up speaking with an ineffective AI chatbot regarding a refund, which just led to more confusion. Just refund the money; this is clearly a system error. Additionally, there's a need for improvement in customer service and the email management system.
