I am disappointed with this company and will not be purchasing from them again. The product is shipped directly from overseas, and I could have sourced it myself. Their customer service also seems to operate from abroad, responding in the middle of the night GMT. I am currently seeking a full refund, but they are offering a partial refund and want me to keep the product, which contradicts their policy. Never again!
