Do not buy from this company! I left a 1 star review on their website but they've not put it up.
I bought a flower arranger at half price which was still WAY too much for what (eventually) arrived. It was a tiny, cheap bit of plastic that you can buy anywhere else online for a 3rd of what I paid.
It took over a month to arrive. I had to send the same email 4 times to their customer service team to request a refund when it didn't arrive, then a few days later it finally arrived. Unfortunately, I've had to throw it away as it doesn't work.
So yeah...avoid!!
I am not satisfied with the service and will not be making future purchases. The product was shipped directly from overseas, and I could have sourced it myself. Additionally, their customer support seems to operate from overseas, as they respond at odd hours. I am attempting to obtain a full refund, but they are only offering a partial refund while asking me to keep the product, which contradicts their policy. I will not consider this again.

Avoid this company at all costs. They sent numerous emails claiming my product was 'nearly ready' for delivery over a month, then stated it was delivered (but it wasn't). I still have not received the product, and they refuse to issue a refund. I believe this company is a scam.
I ordered some thin wire Christmas lights, which took ages to arrive and were nothing like the pictures. I put them on the Christmas tree, and they worked for only two minutes before failing. They are USB powered. I requested a refund and hope for the best. They pretend to be based in the UK, but they sell low-quality items. Stay away from this seller.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered toilet seat fixings and paid for a buy one get one free offer, but received only one set after six days. When I contacted them for the second set, they claimed the offer had expired. Essentially, I paid £6.50 for each fixing, while the same items on another platform are only £5. Avoid these scammers!
The item I received was completely different from the one shown in the photo. It was laughable. These were meant to be Christmas gifts for family. I’ve requested a refund, but based on other customers' experiences, I am not very hopeful. I will never buy from them again and strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
I had a poor experience with this company. I bought a needle threader weeks ago, and it took a long time to arrive. It doesn't work at all. They asked for a video to show the issue, which I provided, but they claim they never received it. They continue to ignore my requests for a return address and a refund. I still have a useless item and they have my money!
