I've rated this 3 stars for a reason. The mattress appears to be of decent quality, but it took several days to fully expand after being vacuum sealed. Initially, I was concerned about returning it, but it eventually took shape. I chose this mattress because it has both firm and medium sides. My previous soft mattress caused significant lower back pain, which I no longer have since switching to the medium side. However, I'm now experiencing stiffness in my middle back upon waking. I understand it takes time to adjust to a new mattress—it's only been two weeks, and I know it can take up to 8 weeks to fully acclimate. I plan to continue using it as I feel the support and hope to adjust, as it is quite comfortable. My wife loves it, so I'm optimistic about my adjustment.
