Review Time
I waited 3 weeks for delivery of my Eve Premium Hybrid Mattress. This was understandable as I had ordered it during the final few hours of the New Year Sale. Needless to say I paid a very reduced price!
The mattress arrived rolled and the delivery person carried upstairs and laid it on my bed frame. I left it for two days to fully expand, while ventilating the room.
The first night I slept on it I had one of the best sleeps of my life. It is so comfortable - soft but supportive.
I would definitely recommend this mattress to friends and relatives. Well done, EVE.
I regret changing my order, as it resulted in an additional charge. There was no communication from the service regarding payment, leaving me uncertain until I reached out to inquire about my delivery date. I was then informed that it was on hold due to an outstanding balance. After paying, I now face another month of waiting for delivery. Had I known, I might have canceled altogether.
I was planning to purchase the ottoman bed frame that was advertised for £300. The next day, when I was set to place my order, the price had jumped to £450. I reached out to customer support and was told it was due to a new ongoing promotion. A 50% price increase in just one day—what a deal!
I've settled on 3 stars for now and here's why. The mattress appears to be of good quality, but since it arrived vacuum-packed, it took several days to fully expand. I was concerned about possibly needing to return it, but it eventually took its shape. I chose this mattress because it offers both a firm and medium side. My previous mattress was too soft, causing significant lower back pain that forced me to sleep elevated to alleviate it. Starting on the medium side has helped relieve my lower back pain, but now I'm experiencing stiffness and tightness in my middle back upon waking. I understand it takes time to adjust to a new mattress, and it's only been 2 weeks; I know it could take up to 8 weeks to fully adapt. I'm committed to giving it a chance since I can feel the support it provides, and I'm hopeful I will adjust, as it is quite comfortable. I'll update my review as time progresses, but for now, I can only rate it 3 stars. It's worth mentioning that I have a history of back issues and frequently visit a specialist, but at least my lower back pain has improved. My partner is really enjoying the mattress, so I genuinely hope I can adapt in due course.

I understand it takes time to adjust to a new mattress—it's only been two weeks, and I know it can take up to 8 weeks to fully acclimate. I plan to continue using it as I feel the support and hope to adjust, as it is quite comfortable. My wife loves it, so I'm optimistic about my adjustment.
This is our second mattress purchase. We bought the original model when we first moved into our house and loved it. After 7 years, we noticed some wear and opted for the hybrid model, which we absolutely adore. The delivery was smooth, and the team was great in bringing the new mattress to our bedroom and taking away the packaging. We also utilized the recycling scheme, which was worth it.
The ordering process was straightforward. The delivery took longer than expected—two weeks—but the communication was excellent. I received an email three days before delivery to confirm the date and a two-hour time slot. I was supposed to get a call from the delivery team 30 minutes before arrival, which I didn’t receive. Although the team claimed they tried to call, I did not get any notification. Nevertheless, they were polite and professional. The delivery and old mattress collection were quick and efficient. My only suggestion would be for the team to wear shoe coverings, as I prefer not to have shoes indoors.
