This place does not deserve positive feedback. The reception staff were welcoming, but the treatment our pets received was disrespectful and lacking in empathy. The veterinarian and staff did not provide proper care or guidance, which led us to seek a second opinion. The other vet was shocked at the lack of information provided. I cannot recommend this clinic, and I urge others to consider their options carefully.
