While there are a few good veterinarians, my overall experience was dreadful, and the clinic nearly harmed my cat. I ultimately had to take him to a private clinic, where they resolved his urinary blockage in 48 hours and disproved many claims made by the staff at the company, who seemed ready to give up on him. Ironically, the total cost in the end was less than what I was charged here. It's heartbreaking to think of all the animals whose lives could be at risk due to the company's failure to uphold a high standard of care. The attitude of the reception staff was also quite poor.
I have never encountered a situation where I was pressured to make immediate decisions about my dog's care, especially when she wasn't in a critical state. The constant calls were bothersome and unprofessional. My dog, despite being older and having arthritis, is still happy and active, and I refuse to accept their assessment that she needed to be put down. I would advise others against bringing older pets to this clinic.
This was a very distressing experience for both me and my senior cat. I scheduled a teeth cleaning, but they ended up extracting two large back teeth and three small front teeth. My cat had to wait from 7:30 to 15:00 without food before being seen, despite her age. After five days, I returned for a check-up and was informed that both back teeth were infected and the stitches had broken. I was very upset as this was unprecedented for me. I was reassured by the manager that they would take care of her, but after numerous calls, I learned that she would require surgery at an additional cost, despite the initial treatment being their responsibility. When I picked her up, she had received no treatment at all and was too scared to eat. This was neglectful and unacceptable. Her recovery was prolonged due to their inaction.
Any facility operated by this company is untrustworthy. They push for expensive, invasive, and often unnecessary treatments, and when you express concerns, they threaten to suggest putting your pet down. This is deeply troubling. Their corporate ownership raises further concerns about their motivations. I urge everyone to look into reviews from others who have faced similar experiences. Seek out private clinics that genuinely care for your pets.
Be cautious—do not consider visiting unless you have full insurance. Their focus seems to be on selling unnecessary procedures, and they take no responsibility for misdiagnoses. We took our dog in for a stomach issue, which resulted in exorbitant bills without any evidence that the procedures were performed, despite requests for documentation. The trauma caused to our dog from unnecessary treatments is unacceptable. I strongly advise against this clinic.
Their primary interest lies in maximizing the number of unnecessary treatments for profit. I've had to go there multiple times when I couldn't find an appointment elsewhere. You can't even consult a vet without paying a hefty upfront fee, and then they add on more charges before you leave. If you have any other options, choose a different clinic.
