And if I can’t find an answer to a more complex question, I reach out via chat or phone. Their team is always willing to help and consistently provides clear and friendly guidance.
Our property setup is a bit different from most users because we don’t use instant book, even though the system is primarily designed with instant book in mind. Despite this, the Eviivo team genuinely tried to find solutions that worked for our unique setup. I really appreciate their patience, flexibility, and dedication to helping us get things right.
