It's perfectly tailored for our needs as property agents, providing easy access to data for reporting and managing increasingly complex accounting tasks. The support team is prompt, and while the system is flexible, it does require some experience to master all its features. Any issues are resolved quickly by the team.
We recently started using Eviivo, and I’ve been really impressed with how easy their system is to navigate. Whenever I have a question, I simply head to their help centre and read through the articles — most of the time I find exactly what I need. And if I can’t find an answer to a more complex question, I reach out via chat or phone. Their team is always willing to help and consistently provides clear and friendly guidance.
Our property setup is a bit different from most users because we don’t use instant book, even though the system is primarily designed with instant book in mind. Despite this, the Eviivo team genuinely tried to find solutions that worked for our unique setup. I really appreciate their patience, flexibility, and dedication to helping us get things right.
