By far the worst booking management system out there. Its very expensive for what you get. Today I am locked out of my account again, if you put your password in wrong too many times you are locked out and need to speak to customer services to unlock it, you are asked to change your password constantly. Today in order to unlock my account I have tried to use chat but I need to wait until the US customer service is open, if I want to speak to the UK center I need to log in. Its beggars believe! I inherited Eviivo, if your thinking of becoming a new customer you'll regret it.

I am trying to keep the review as constructive as possible, but genuinely this company drives me insane. Everyone is getting security conscious I understand that but you are constantly prompted to change your password and if you forget it and enter it wrong after a couple of attempts your locked out which requires customer services to unblock the account.
Today, I was locked out, I tried to contact support but from the main page of the website you are sent to the US customer support that opens from 9am. To go to the UK section it takes you to the log in screen which I obviously could not do. I selected every option including sales to try and get to the UK customer support. I had to wait 5 hours from when my business opened to go to US support to transfer me to UK support only to have a rude operator tell me I’m the one that’s at fault. This isn’t the first time I have had a rude operator and to have Eviivo is not cheap, so I am paying a premium to be spoken to like garbage. They charge you a flat fee for the service and commission for every booking. The system is over complicated, outdated, not user friendly and you wont even need over half of the facilities that’s offered.
I have never been recompensed for any of the issues I have had and then they have the audacity to ask me for more information about my review when you can put my email address into your system and see what I am infuriated with this company.
I have three rooms and I inherited this system but it is a mammoth undertaking to leave and find someone else and boy do they know it. Your treated like garbage on their online help no apologies “lets get that sorted for you”, its more, “this is your fault”, “you caused this issue” and you’ll get what I give you type mentality.
