Update: I received a response regarding my previous issue. Initially, I had low expectations based on past experiences, but I am pleasantly surprised by how well they are addressing my case. I still have a few concerns with one of my replicas, but I feel more confident in their ability to resolve it. My opinion has changed, and I am now rating them 5 stars.
