Frustrating experience with delays and defects

I ordered two replicas from a European seller, both marked as in stock, yet they took a week to arrive. One had a stuck and stripped screw in the magazine, while the other was completely non-functional due to a missing internal part. I reached out on the same day I received the order, and their support team classified the issue as "Repairs" and requested evidence. After submitting the evidence the same day, I have yet to receive any response in the following 15 days. A genuinely frustrating experience overall.

Update! Improved customer service!

Update: I received a response regarding my previous issue. Initially, I had low expectations based on past experiences, but I am pleasantly surprised by how well they are addressing my case.
