Bought a new controller from them i didnt get what i ordered and when emailing the custumer service frustrated they told me to take a chill pill.... there controllers run at 300 dollars if it shows up messed up they will just tell you to take a chill pill i guess an just start ignoring you.... and i asked for a return label to fix there mess up and i have to pay for it so i did.... and after that i got a email saying they are not going to go back an forth with me and he started ignoring me so i bought the shipping label for 20$ never got it and i haven got a response yet. legit the worst customer service i have ever seen with any company. they will try to make it your fault before offering assistance. they used to let you make a phone call appointment and that has vanished i think its cause they dont like confrontation with ppl they stole money from anymore... sad thing is when you get what you actually order these controllers are 5 star controllers but the customer service kills the sell.
