There customer service is non existent I purchased a evil controller on October 10 2023 I received it 5 days later so far it was good however when I first turned the controller on when I got it I noticed that my L1 & L2 trigger functions was flipped so for example I aimed down sight with L1 & L2 did what L1 was supposed to do so basically my triggers were not doing what they were supposed to mind you I didn’t ask for this nor pay this also I payed for increase d thumb-stick tension on both sticks & only received it on the right stick so I’m out of 30$ also a few days later my controller fell of my desk and the right stick came out & I couldn’t fix it because if you do … you void the warranty so I contacted evil & they sent me a return label & I sent it back. It’s been 3-4 days since they received it & I still haven’t heard anything back at this point I’m out of $294 dollars i tried to schedule 2 appointments with them but they never called me & email support is non existent they reply once & never again honestly if i don’t hear nothing back soon I’ll dispute it and get my money back it’s currently November 6 2023
