If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a complete scam. Their size chart is inaccurate; I ordered a women's 10.5, but received a 46 EU size, which is about a size 13 or 14. It took three emails just to get a response about returning them. They blamed me for the mistake, insisting I pay for shipping back to another country. I'll be donating them and leaving this review instead. What a waste of money!
