The boots I received are ill fitting, and generally poorly constructed. They advertise free shipping and free "No Hassle 90 Day Returns", yet I was charged a $6.95 shipping fee, and cannot get anyone at the company to instruct me how to return the boots for a full refund. There was no packing slip in the package, so it is impossible to return the boots without their assistance. I looked up the shipping address on the package, it is an industrial park at LAX, so not much help there. I have made several attempts to contact these folks, but to no avail.
