I had an extremely disappointing experience with customer service at this retail store. They do not provide refunds for returned purchases, even if done within a few days. If you persist, they may offer a "take-it or leave-it deal," where they keep 10% of your payment as a "Restocking Fee" while refunding you 90%. I felt compelled to accept this proposal, which seemed more like extortion than a fair resolution. I will not be returning to this company.
