My MTB tyre was busted on a road trip, sitting too close to the exhaust pipe. Once home I jumped online to find great prices in the recent sale. Delivery was the next day - unheard of these days! Much appreciated! Back on the trail lickety split
Bought 2 tyres from evo cycles online tyres showed up in different packages 2 days apart..one was the right size the other wasnt..i emailed them and he replied i can go into the shop to exchange.
I replied i cant as i have work commitments hence the reason i bought online.
He asks me if i have access to a printer to get a return label sorted..
I told him i will use the wrong size tyre as i dont have time for what they wanting me to do.
Its a $40 tyre just send me another one..
Wont be buying off evo again and will recommend friends in the biking community not to either!!
I experienced the worst customer service at a retail store. Be cautious, as they do not issue refunds for returns, even within a few days. If you argue enough, they may offer a "take-it or leave-it deal," which is what I received. You return the items, and they keep 10% of your money as a "Restocking Fee" while refunding 90%. I felt forced to accept this deal, which felt more like extortion than fair treatment. I will not shop with this company again.
Fantastic and welcoming team. Extremely supportive in helping us select the perfect bikes for me and my daughter. Adding accessories for customization was also a breeze. Very satisfied with our new bikes.
