I had my hair coloured at the service provider, who offered a global colour using a new product line. Unfortunately, I ended up with four different colours: bright orange roots, dark orange underneath, blonde and purple lengths, even after their attempt to correct it. Now, I need to see a specialist and spend over $300 to fix it. They suggested I return for another correction, but I can't trust them anymore. I'm also trying to hold them accountable for the costs of their mistake, but I'm being ignored. I will never use this service again or their products. If possible, I would give them negative stars, as this entire experience has been traumatic for me, especially since hair is such an important aspect for many women.
