I had my hair coloured at the service provider, who offered a global colour with a new product line. Unfortunately, I left with four distinct colours: bright orange roots, dark orange underneath, blonde and purple lengths. This was after their attempt to correct the situation. Now, I have to consult a specialist and spend over $300 to fix it. They suggested I return for another correction, but I can't trust them after this experience. I'm also trying to get them to cover the costs of their mistake, but they are unresponsive. I will never use this service again or their products. If I could, I would give them negative stars, as this ordeal has been traumatic for me, especially considering how important hair is to many women.

I bought a deep clean rinse from the service in June 2024 and only started using it recently. The first time I used it, the smell was off-putting; it had a masculine, woody scent that gave me a headache. Additionally, it didn't lather, making it hard to tell if my hair was clean. After using it again to remove product from my hair, it left my hair greasy, and I had to switch back to my previous shampoo. I'm disappointed that I'm not eligible for a refund since I didn't return it within seven days. I've seen others with similar complaints, and I hope this helps prevent someone from making a costly mistake.
These products are overall quite poor. As a professional stylist, they complicate my work because they either don't perform well or leave hair greasy. Some have an unpleasant smell that is hard to describe. While the product names are amusing, using any of them leads to regret. The packaging feels flimsy, and I avoid these products, advising my clients against them. They are overpriced and ultimately disappointing, with average colour products and styling options that lack substance.
