I bought a deep clean rinse from the service in June 2024 and only started using it recently. The first time I used it, the smell was off-putting; it had a masculine, woody scent that gave me a headache. Additionally, it didn't lather, making it hard to tell if my hair was clean. After using it again to remove product from my hair, it left my hair greasy, and I had to switch back to my previous shampoo. I'm disappointed that I'm not eligible for a refund since I didn't return it within seven days.
