We have had an outstanding invoice with this company since September. It has now been over 7 months, and despite sending the invoice over 30 times, we have yet to receive payment. Every time we call, we are met with the same scripted response: "We will escalate this to the accounts department." Unfortunately, "escalating" seems to be code for "ignoring." They never follow up, and we are forced to waste our time chasing them repeatedly just to be told the same empty promises.
From a professional perspective, their handling of claims is appalling. They appear to do everything in their power to dodge legitimate warranty claims. They rarely accept a claim, leaving their own customers—people who paid for "peace of mind"—to foot the bill out of their own pockets.
