I had this warranty come with the car that I purchased recently, but sadly I would not recommend them at all! I made an enquiry in December asking what the process was for something that was potentially an issue with my car (I wasn’t sure as the issue was intermittent & I had hoped it was a one off & it would resolve on its own)
However the issue did not resolve, so I got back in contact with this company only to be told that they had opened my original enquiry up as a claim & as 45 days had passed, I was no longer eligible to claim! This was not mentioned at the time of my enquiry. Absolute madness, considering my policy is still valid until early March! Unhelpful customer service & always a loop hole for companies like this to avoid making a pay out! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Evolution Warranties are a dreadful company to deal with. My husband has been waiting ALMOST A YEAR to receive a payment for authorised work done on his car. Proof of work done was sent in, payment agreed and since then it's been wait, wait and wait some more! There have been many phone calls and emails to the company and yet despite promises of a payment, my husband is STILL WAITING. It is now time for my husband to escalate his claim to the FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN and report to the FCA.

Take heed and DO NOT deal with Evolution Warranties!

AVOID THIS SERVICE AT ALL COSTS! Like many others have noted, they have violated the law. There's a 2016 Act that prohibits any company from using excuses to delay payments. If you’re paying by credit card, file a claim under section 75 with all your evidence and emails. My claim was approved on October 20th, and now it's December 24th. With Christmas and the New Year approaching, it will be nearly 60 days. Section 75 is applicable before Christmas. Which will process the payout first, the service or another provider?

Avoid this warranty provider

I strongly advise against using this warranty service. My car's turbo failed, and I was instructed to get a diagnostic test and submit the report. Although it was recommended not to proceed with repairs immediately, the garage was unavailable for two weeks. I chose to have the repairs done right away, hoping that a reputable company would reimburse me. I submitted the garage receipts for the work done, but the service has refused to provide any payment, despite the turbo being covered by my policy!

Long wait for reimbursement and poor communication.

It seems that the reimbursement process takes 30 working days, and I've been waiting even longer. I've submitted my bank details three times, yet they still haven't completed the transfer. Recently, I received an email stating they are facing high payment processing volumes, which means I’m left waiting even longer for my £650.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience. I opted for the highest-tier warranty available. Initially, they agreed to cover the costs when I encountered an issue, which gave me some reassurance. However, later on, they altered their position without any new information to justify the change. I have no understanding of why this occurred. I will not be renewing and recommend others to avoid this service.

Warranty not honored

I paid £300 for my warranty, yet staff insisted I only paid £150 despite my proof. The failed part is listed as covered, but I was told I must pay £1,200 upfront before my claim could be assessed. This contradicts the warranty terms. When I questioned this, I was talked over and pressured. A manager even made a threatening remark. The owner dismissed valid complaints and made an outrageous comparison. I followed all warranty requirements, yet the service was misleading and unprofessional. Be cautious when dealing with this company.

Appalling service and dishonesty

Everything went wrong, from lack of support to ignored emails, leading to dealership involvement. I was promised a payment date but am still waiting. Disgraceful service.
