I ordered three products from Evolved Chargers on September 20 - I am still waiting for the products. Whenever I enquire, they send me 'thank you for your patience' emails, along with the 'tracking' information etc. What is also ironic and ridiculous - they keep sending me 'please review product' emails! Each time, I reply that I haven't received them yet...It has been over five weeks - I would like a refund as I have had to buy alternative products for my phone. UPDATE: I have already reached out numerous times and have only received tracking responses and please be patient replies. I appreciate the comments below - finally - and would like a full refund as I have had to buy new items because these items have not been received for weeks. UPDATE: 31/10 - I reached out (again) as requested in Evolved Chargers' public message below, and yet again received a be patient, we are looking into it message. I would like a refund - that is what they offered publicly - and not more 'thank you for your patience, we are looking into it' messages.
