Terrible products. The magsafe case lasted 2 days before I dropped it and the case flew apart sending my 17 pro max flying out breaking the screen protector. The "magmout pro" is flimsy, does not hold the phone up and was on the floor of my car ever morning fro falling off overnight after loosing suction. Their product return portal is a black hole designed to frustrate you until you give up trying. Good luck.

I ordered three products from Evolved Chargers on September 20 - I am still waiting for the products. Whenever I enquire, they send me 'thank you for your patience' emails, along with the 'tracking' information etc. What is also ironic and ridiculous - they keep sending me 'please review product' emails! Each time, I reply that I haven't received them yet...It has been over five weeks - I would like a refund as I have had to buy alternative products for my phone. UPDATE: I have already reached out numerous times and have only received tracking responses and please be patient replies. I appreciate the comments below - finally - and would like a full refund as I have had to buy new items because these items have not been received for weeks. UPDATE: 31/10 - I reached out (again) as requested in Evolved Chargers' public message below, and yet again received a be patient, we are looking into it message. I would like a refund - that is what they offered publicly - and not more 'thank you for your patience, we are looking into it' messages.
I like the charger, and I would have given you a 5-star rating, but the charger arrived with a bad charging cord. The cord did not work. I had to purchase another cord, then it worked just fine. Given the cost of this iPhone charger, I would have expected better quality control.
Excellent customer support I am already a very happy user of EdgeGuard Air Metal (for iPhone 17 Pro Max) which I strongly recommend. I ordered another product EdgeGuard Flex, but by mistake I ordered wrong color, which I realized only when a notification came from logistics company. I contacted their Support and they were very fast to respond. They not only allowed me to replace the wrong color product with another one but they let me keep the first one. Bought an iPhone 17 pro max charger in blue, they sent orange.Taking them days to agree to reissue and still not had confirmationAvoid buying from this company go someplace else. Shouldn’t be this hard to rectify a mistake they made. Update - Thanks for reply but still not had confirmation the correct one has been sent.
