Stay away from this service at all costs. They sent me the wrong color panels — completely different from what I ordered. I provided clear evidence upon delivery, including screenshots of the advertised product compared to what I received. Instead of accepting responsibility, they informed me that I would need to pay over $700 to return their incorrect product before they would issue a refund or exchange. To make matters worse, after I raised the issue, they discreetly updated their website to conceal the mistake — and I have proof of what it originally displayed. This is the level of customer service you can expect: even when they are at fault, you are expected to bear the cost. An appalling experience and certainly not how a reputable provider should conduct business.
