Stay away from this service at all costs. They sent me the wrong color panels — completely different from what I ordered. I provided clear evidence upon delivery, including screenshots of the advertised product compared to what I received. Instead of accepting responsibility, they informed me that I would need to pay over $700 to return their incorrect product before they would issue a refund or exchange. To make matters worse, after I raised the issue, they discreetly updated their website to conceal the mistake — and I have proof of what it originally displayed. This is the level of customer service you can expect: even when they are at fault, you are expected to bear the cost. An appalling experience and certainly not how a reputable provider should conduct business.

Could not have asked for a better service! Dan is a grafter, he was at my house from 7.15am to gone 5.30pm every day to make sure he got the job done! He also didn’t mind doing an extra couple of jobs for me. Very helpful and excellent workmanship, a perfect job!! I would recommend 100 times over.

We had a glass room fitted by evolve, Dan and kalyn were brilliant from start to finish.very professional, clean and friendly, leaving the garden spotless every evening. communication was excellent throughout the project. Overall a really good experience and I cannot recommend evolve outdoors enough.
