We have been waiting almost two years for my daughter to be assessed. They misplaced the original paperwork twice, which they claim caused the delays. They mentioned that a doctor's letter could expedite the assessment due to her serious struggles, but the letter was dismissed. Now they are asking for a police report to potentially speed things up. It feels like they aren’t genuinely interested in helping young people. Communication is poor; I have to reach out repeatedly only to be brushed off. It seems they only care if you can afford private services. Very disappointed with the support provided.
