Steer clear of this service; they have ignored our emails and lost referral forms issued by doctors. They also misplaced our paperwork when they finally reached out. They assured us they would support us, but that turned out to be false. We were sent from one caseworker to another with no consistent contact person, leaving us feeling forgotten. I reached out to the director requesting our daughter be removed from their system to seek help elsewhere, but received no response. The entire ordeal lasted three years! A second assessment was conducted at school due to their indecision, yet we were never consulted. When the results finally came in, they were negative despite supporting documentation from the school and NHS. They claimed our daughter has no issues, which contradicts the visible struggles we witness daily. This report lacked empathy, was hurtful, and offered no recommendations for support. When we inquired about autism evaluations, they only mentioned autism without considering other aspects. The only one suffering is our daughter, and we had to return to the doctors for further help. We were never given the choice to select another service, and had we known, we would have avoided this one entirely. This company shows no compassion, only incompetence and waste of resources. We asked for a call to discuss our concerns, but they claimed they tried to reach us without success. I felt compelled to leave an honest review.
