The service has been fantastic from start to finish! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my daughter left her first assessment excited to return. One staff member, in particular, was especially pleasant. I had multiple assessments without my daughter, and she was very friendly and calming. I had emotional moments during the call, and she was incredibly patient and accommodating. She was thorough and ensured I was satisfied with everything. She took the time to explain my daughter's diagnosis in detail and followed up with additional information and support. Overall, a wonderful experience!
