I haven't received my board yet (cgtr) but I've had many rides on my mates (bgtr) and it's amazing genuinely cheaper than therapy.The reason I do not yet have my board is that a few weeks ago I ordered a carbon gtr and I was so excited to receive my board. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the delivery and my parcel was lost/stolen. As you can imagine this was heartbreaking for me, I tried resolving the issue with the courier company and that was a little slow to be brutally honest, so I decided to contact evolve and tell them my situation. They responded very quickly and took the issue higher up the chain than the courier customer support was able to. After all the necessary steps where taken. The insurance claim was submitted and just today I got the email letting me know my board was on its way. I'm super excited for the board and I felt it was necessary to write this review as I believe it's one thing to show great customer service when everything is going smoothly but the real test is how they deal with issues, and the team at Evolve did a great job.
