Have had my bamboo evolve for about 2.5 years. 4 new remotes. Everyone of them has been difficult to say the least 2x version 1s failed. Meanwhile the batteries on the bamboo failed. So I found a company in Perth that makes quality batteries with more power. Needed a electronics tech to install but preferred to evolve replacement with same dissapointing(poo). $500 Got an r2 and it was good till it wouldn’t charge anymore they fixed it under warranty then three months later kaput (epic battery fail). Brand new remote. Same issue as every other time it takes days to set up the trigger but now it has no blue tooth symbol so I’m sending back the v2 to get them to check it. Now I have no board to exercise my dog. He thinks it’s me not being a good owner. Really poor communication, substandard quality and indifferent attitude to previous customers not recognising that we have parted with serious coin to own one of their boards. I get he sold his house to develop this board but the company needs to keep an eye on customers as we are truely the ones that support future sales through recommendations when asked for a reference.
