My experience mirrors others shared here. I signed up for the seven-day trial, which converted to a subscription. After trying the app for the first time, it was evident it wouldn’t suit my needs. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed I hadn’t used the app during the trial, completing only one workout before reaching out. They essentially said, ‘too bad, you should have tested it during the trial.’ I can’t believe the founder would want this negative reputation for her company. This reflects poorly on the leadership, and it's time to unfollow.
